why is gossip not considered an important sin among fellow christians?
just read sirach (i think it’s sirach, maybe wisdom of solomon though). scripture reveals you just not listen to what someone says, and you should always question the person about if they did what you heard before assuming they did, and if they admit to it, then you can ask them why they did it. don’t automatically jump to the conclusion. gossip is a sin like all others and hurts people greatly. we shouldn’t ignore this so much as most people do.
