Which episode of Gossip Girl is the most appropriate?

I really want to watch the show Gossip Girl, but my mom is really strict about what I watch and she wants to see it first to make sure it’s ok. Does anyone know which episode is the most appropriate, as far as no hooking up, swearing or drinking?
